RuneScape - Bone Running/Money Making Oldschool

One of the best way to make money in Runescape is Dragon bone running. People will pay up to 10,000gp - 25,000gp per run. There no requirement to do this but is recommend to have 26 Dragon bone to start.

Requirement:
None

Recommend:
50 Construction ~ To move your house to Yanille. This allows you to use glory (often next room to alter).

Then you can use teleport to house and walk out to be outside Yanille portal and then go to "friend" portal.

To Begin:
1) Go to world 30, the  official Gilded Altar world and join " 07 Altar" Clan chat. 

2) Then make you way to your Yanille or other Player Owned House location. (I find Yanille the best place to find someone hiring. 

If you already have 27 dragon bone, carry this wiht you as un-noted dragon bone.

3) Find a house that is advertising free Gilded  Altar and advertise in Clan chat and Player Owned House that your willing to be Bone runner for 25k - 10k. Is easy to find 10k but if you have 50 Construction you can ask for 25k since this is fast method.

4) Once you find someone hiring, negotiate the price

5) trade them your un-noted dragon bone for same amount of noted dragon bone and  negotiate the price per run.

6) go to bank and un- noted the dragon bone and then go the Player Owned House and trade then the un-noted dragon bone for cash and noted dragon bone.

and keep repeating. 

Fast Method:

If you have 50 Construction move you house to Yanille. When you have to un-noted the dragon bone. You can use Amulet of Glory mounted on a wall often next to the alter  to  teleport to Edgeville and then un-note the dragon bone and then use House teleport or house Tabs.  to teleport to your house and then go out and then go to your friend house. This will save you time from running to bank to un-note the dragon bone and can tele back to portal.

OSRS Splashing Guide Get Level 1-99 Magic AFK

In order to Splash in runescape you need -65 magic so you don't hit any damage.   To get -65 magic you can wear full malee amour like below images and quip staff so you can cast spell.

*If you pure and do not have 40 range to wear vamb then you would need to get cursed goblin staff from Diango. This give no bonus magic status so you can keep your magic go -65.

If you P2P  get a smoke battle-staff s you dont need AIR and FIRE runes.

Once you get you magic for -65 and have staff equipped, go to combat sytle and choose the spell book and choose the spell you would like to cast and make sure you have auto Retaliate on.

And Splash away ......

DO NOT GO PVP WORLD AS YOU CAN GET ATTACK WHEN PEOPLE USE BOND ON YOU.

level 14 Wilderness, at the Dark Warriors Fortress

For this clue you will need to go level 14 wilderness (see below image).

Do not take any high valued item as it wilderness and could get PK or killed by monster
Bring alot of food as knights do hit high.
Bring teleports runes or  teleports tab to tele out once done.
When enderting the knight fortress use  protect from melee.
DO NOT OPEN TREASURE UNITL OUTSIDE OF WILDERNESS.

To calculate total cost type: =SUM(D9:D11)

Note: D9: D11 should be your cell number.  see the images below.

 

So now when u enter the cost of the product the total cost will automatically get calculated. Now to selling price for the  Potion 3 is the the total cost.

If you like that figure to appear on different box like mine  simply enter =cell number.  see the image below.

Now to Find sell price of Potion 4. Simply type  =(D13/3)*4

Note the G13 is the total price so type in the cell number that has the total cost. so in the above example it would be D13.

 

 

How to safe buy unidentified herbs

How to safe buy Unidentified herbs (Unids). 

Unidentified herbs are cheaper to buy because most people cant be bored to clean them or don't want to be scammed.  BUT THEY 100% SAFE WAY TO BUY IT !! Just follow this basic setups and you will never be scammed by low level herb and away know that you buying the right Unidentified herb.

First you need to Identified the unids you have before buying it.  The way I did is was to keep them in separates tabs and leave the unids next to as you can see on the images.  This way u know which stack are which herbs. I would recommoned creating tabs for the stacks/herbs you want ot buy. For example you might just have rannar herb tabs and Avantoe herbs tabs because those are the only two herb you buy. If you cant  Identify herb you can vist the lady in Nardah and pay 200gp to identify the herb stack for you or give another player 1 unid to identify the herb for you and find out which herb that stack is. when you know what herb it is put it in tabs or a place in you bank where you can easy know which type of herb it is.

How to safe buy unidentified herbs.

If  you followed the above step you would already have stack of unidentified herb. If you take full inventory with the noted unidentified of the herb you want to buy (see images). For example. You want to buy  unid ranarr herbs, You would take cash noted unid ranarr herbs and full inventory of random item. (don't take food you might eat one accidentally)

 

Now since you have full inventory only same type of the noted herb would be accept other wise you cant trade because you have full inventory .  This is why if  you keep the herbs in different tabs you can easy take the unids noted herb and trade someone with full inventory. IF the trade gets accept then you buying right herb, if not  you don't have enough space and other person tried to scam you and failed.

**MAKE SURE YOU ATLEAST KEEP 1GP COINS NEVER PUT ALL YOU CASH**

** When withdrawing the herb from bank leave one in bank so when you the unids back it will go back to same place.

If you don't have the unids to setup anti-scam, Buy two noted herb from seller. THEN DEPOSIT 1 HERB WHILE KEEPING 1 INVENTORY . then WITHDRAW the DEPOSIT herb and clean it and see if the clean herb is right the fill inventory while keep the unid herb which u never deposit in bank with random item.

New Runescape F2P Money making Guide 2013

The one of the best way to make money in free-to-play (F2P)  world is by collecting ashes left after burning log. The cheapest way is to find someone burning log but is can be hard to find people burning log as most people uses bonfires  now days.

The best way to make money and gain a bit of firemakeing experience is by burning willow log and collect ashes.

The method is : 

1. To buy some willow logs as its the cheapest. can be brought from grand exchange.
2. Go to a good location such as edgeville bank or falador bank. {Varrock west bank} easy to go to  Grand exchange to sell the ashes and buy more log.
3. Take 28 or 27 + timber box.
4. Start to burn the log as fast as you can.
5. Then run back to the start where you start to burn  the log and wait for the fire to die out and then and collect the ashes.
 6. Bank the ashes and restock your inventory with logs again and Repeat.

once you haev burned all your log you can go to Grand exchange and sell you ashes for nice profit. + free firemakeing exp.

remove production screen while skilling

The production screen that pop up wile skilling becomes annoying. And is simple to get rid of it which makes skilling faster.

simply right click on your XP counter on top of your coin pouch and click "Toggle Production Dialog"

Runescape new evolution of combat symste "talk without pressing enter"

OK, i found this out recently thought i'll share it with people who might not know it :)

few people might be getting pissed off because they have to press  enter each time they want to talk.

BUT you don't have to. to talk normally all you have to do is  minimize the new combat pop system. This is Because the combat uses keyboard to do attack and stuff, when u minimize you don't have to press enter to talk.

press the button the red arrow is point at and you can talk without pressing "enter" and to re-open the the combat just press it again.

you can get this Duellist's Cap for FREE by talking to the Estocada at Duel Areana. This cap keep record of the amount of people you killed or have killed you. By wearing cap your can "braf" or "Transform" emote.

• The Brag emote will make you take off your cap and do a little bow
• TheTransform emote will turn you into a statue and people can read your dueling achievements.

To unlock higher tier you have to kill more people. here the a list to unlock the tier.

RuneScape- Easiest way to obtain a level 3 Clue Scroll

From my experiences,  I found out the best and the quickest way to obtaining a level 3 clue scroll is by killing Hellhounds.

Life point: 1150,1160
Attack style: Melee
Max hit: 118,130


Location : 

• Taverley Dungeon
• Witchaven Dungeon, lots of safe spots but requires the quest Family Crest. Only 2 spawns, and  very slow respawn time.
• Level 50-56 Wilderness

These are hunted for charms as well considering the drop rate of a charm is 89% which is very high, 60-65% being gold charms.

Canfis Money Making method

Canifis is only accessible to members and require completion of the quest Priest of peril. Canifis is located east of varrock.

Requirements

- Priest of peril [completed]

- Able to kill level 24's or 88's monsters with malee,range or mage

- Food and good weapon fore close range melee

- Wolfbane dagger from priest in peril if you wish to kill the werewolves as level 24 "men"

The werewolves at canfis drop wolf bone when killed. which can be sold for around 300gp-500gp at grand exchange, and the GOOD thing about this is that the bank is VERY CLOSE only few step away from the werewolf's. WHICH IS THE REASOSN THESE IS A GOOD METHOD FOR MONEY.

What to Kill

- Man [level 24] weakness: use wolfbane dagger or he'll trun into a wolfman [level 88]

- Werewolf [level 88] weakness: stabbing attacks

Techniques to killing werewolves

Method 1 - Just attack them with any weapon you want a fight them and kill it.

Method 2 - Use range/Magic(spells) or halberd to attack them wile standing behind something [ bar stools/table in the bank]

Method 3 - kill men [level 24] useing wolfbane dagger
